The gentle chatter of our local sheep is the soundtrack of my morning dog walks across the fields. They are so calm and peaceful - little clouds of off-white dotting the landscape. And so Fleece White is a quiet glaze, happy to play a supporting role to it’s bolder siblings or as a backdrop to any culinary delights it is asked to hold.
